Cudillero
The main town of Cudillero is in fact a small fishing village. It is a natural amphitheatre covered with bright colourful houses overlooking the sea. In Cudillero you will also find beautiful beaches, hills, rivers and a rich natural beauty.
The locals are kind, easy going people, fishermen who get together in the taverns after spending long days at sea, and farmers who work long hours ploughing the fields. It is not surprising that the food here is excellent. In Cudillero we enjoy wonderful food from the land and the sea. And the local people are very warm and hospitable.

IF YOU FEEL LIKE A STROLL
The Ports of Cudillero
This walk starts at the old port and the lighthouse and ends in the new port where the fishing boats arrive with their catches. The best time is between three o’clock and eight o’clock in the evening as this is when the boats return from the sea.
A PICTURE POSTCARD
The sunset from Cape Vidio
At any time of the year, the colours of dusk are quite beautiful in this little corner of Cudillero. Cape Vidio is in the hamlet of Oviñana, just a few kilometres from the town of Cudillero.
