In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD), the Villas Marineras project informs the Users that the details given through the web page www.villasmarineras.es are going to form part of an automated file with data of a personal nature, created by and for the Villas Marineras project and under its responsibility, for the purpose of maintaining and managing the different orders, requirements, consults and doubts of the Users, as well as to be able to realise statistical studies which help us to improve the operation of the web page and maintaining you punctually informed of our news, products and services. The file where will be included your data fulfil all the technical and organized requirements on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD) and the Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11th June, that approves the Regulation of Security Measurement, with the object to guarantee the security of the personal character data, avoiding its alteration, loose, as well as the treatment or access no authorised.    Any reclamation which could be derived from the treatment of the data made by the Villas Marineras project will be able to appeal to the Data Protection Agency.
